Where Your Purchase Goes

Three commitments built into every order. Here is how they work.

How Does Indus Threads Work With Artisans?

Indus Threads works directly with artisans and small brands around the world. These are makers with decades of refined technique: wood inlay, hand-placed stone setting, pearl placement, traditional thread weaving, embroidery. We give their craft a direct channel to customers in the US and internationally. They get fair value for their skill. Their work reaches buyers who care about handmade quality.

Some pieces take days to complete. Each one carries the labor and the technique of the person who made it.

What Charity Partners Does Indus Threads Support?

A percentage of every sale goes to charity partners working in women's education, health, and safety. This is built into the business model from year one. It applies to every order, not seasonal campaigns.

At the end of each year, we share an impact report covering where the funds went and the partners they reached.

What Are the Three C's?

Customers

Customers receive a handcrafted, limited-edition piece. No mass production.

Creators

Creators (our artisan partners) receive a global market for their craft and fair compensation for their work.

Charity Partners

Charity partners receive a percentage of every sale, directed toward women's education, health, and safety programs.

Every piece you buy does more than you think.

Behind every bag and every piece of jewelry is a craftsman who got paid fairly, a woman who got access to education, and a little less waste in the world. That's what we're building.
