How do I place my order ?

Pick your Indus threads ensemble, select your size based on our measurement chart. Place your purchase and leave a comment in the note section if you’d like to provide additional details on measurements, colors, or style. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?

The exact timeframe for each product is on the product description page. Custom orders take 2-3 weeks. Most in-stock items take 3-4 days.

Is there an extra cost to change the color or style of a garment?

Generally no, however it depends on the piece, email us on saadia@industhreads.com with your specific request.

What is your return / exchange policy?

All sales  can be exchanged only. Please email saadia@industhreads.com to request an exchange. Additionally, we are not able to process a cancellation once an order is placed. On a case by case basis, store credit can be provided for a cancellation request.

Can I get online help to select my perfect size?  

Yes. We have stylists available via email to help you select your accurate size.
